CABALLO DE MAR

Anita Calero was born in Colombia and came to the United States 40 years ago. Upon arriving in the United States she had numerous jobs, including being a prop stylist for photo shoots which she did for 15 years, and which ultimately lead her to become a photographer. That was 25 years ago and she has been shooting beautiful still-life from her Chelsea loft ever since. Anita’s clients include De Vera, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Tommy Hilfiger, Uniqlo and Target. She divides her time between New York City, Colombia and Barcelona.
